Patios, Walkways, firepits and Sitting Walls

A paver patio or walkway is a simple way to make your landscape more inviting and define an outdoor living space. When we design your patio we will want to be sure it will be large enough to accommodate the furnishings you want. For example, if you plan to have meals on your patio, you will need enough space to comfortably have the functional use of a dining set and factoring in space for the chairs to slide out and walking space around them. Likewise, when we design a walkway there are several factors to take into consideration. The standard width of a walkway is 36 inches, but 48 inches allows two people to comfortably walk side-by-side. A wheelchair would need a walkway that's at least 36 inches wide with a 60-inch-wide turnaround area. Once we decide the size, shape and design of your patio or walkway, we will formulate an estimate that will include the amount of labor and materials needed. Please keep in mind, material needs may very based on some local codes and other regulations. We will always check local building codes for your area, and with your homeowner's association's regulations to see if there are any restrictions or requirements we will need to follow. If a permit is needed, we take care of that as well. 88Pricing is based on the size of the project and the materials needed.
